This is a vocational & engaged program of mindfulness training specifically directed at how mindfulness can be used by marketing and sales professionals to improve their work performance.

Aims and Objectives of the Mindfulness for Marketing and Sales Program (MSP):

Mindfulness is the art & practice of bringing more conscious awareness to our life. The function of mindfulness is to make us both inwardly happier & outwardly more effective at our chosen tasks, whether they be professional or personal.

The MSP uses the mindfulness tools of awareness, attention & intention in order to help individuals and teams perform better at marketing and sales, whilst at the same time facilitating a higher level of sustainable inner peace, confidence & balance within themselves.

The MSP teaches a series of practical mindfulness exercises that create a calm, creative, clear inner space where professionals can focus upon improving different aspects and dimensions of their sales & marketing practice.

Content and structure:

The MSP focuses upon four main domains of mindful sales & marketing practice:

  • Listening to & taking the perspective of others, & in particular your client or potential customer
  • Using mindfulness to reduce stress & think clearly & creatively with regard to engaging your target audience &/or clients
  • How to process particular emotional & psychological obstacles to effective sales & marketing practice
  • Using mindfulness as a method for increasing your motivation to perform to your highest potential & give the greatest value to your clients &/or the people you serve

Formats that the MSP can be presented in:

The MSP can be presented in various formats, from start 90 minute or three hour workshops to a five module x 90minute program done over five weeks.
