This weeks Tuesday & Wednesday classes see the beginning of a new series entitled the ‘Five stages of integral meditation practice, from beginners to advanced. A five module course’. Full details are below, recordings are available if you want to participate but cannot physically make the class.
Also, on Saturday morning 29th Sept there is the Qi Gong workout and meditation class.

Five stages of integral meditation practice, from beginners to advanced. A five module course

Start date: September 26th/27th

This series of five classes offers a practical overview of five stages of development that we go through as our meditation practice develops. It aims to provide participants with an experiential map that will enable them to identify and capitalize on each of the stages as they pass through them on their own journey.

There will be two chances each week to attend this class series:

Tuesdays September 26th, October 2,9,16,23rd – 7.30-8.30pm – Meditation class at Oneheart (on Tembeling road, East coast)

Wednesday September 27th, October 3,10,17,24th – 7.30-8.30pm – Meditation class at Basic Essence (Near Botanic Gardens MRT)

The classes are as follows:

26/27 – Class 1: Balancing and integrating your gross body-mind

October

2 /3 – Class 2: Balancing and activating your subtle body-mind

9/10 – Class 3: Recognizing and resting in deep meditation states

16/17 – Class 4: Developing your inner world communication skills

23/24 – Class 5: Combining the stages of meditation in daily life

These classes can be taken as a complete course in and of themselves, or they can be used as a preparation for the Integral Meditation for Intermediate and Advanced Meditatorsthat Toby will be facilitating on Saturday 20th October 10.30am-5.30pm.

New ‘Power Mindfulness’ Workshops from Integral Meditation Asia

Dear Integral Meditators,

I hope the first half of the year has been good for you, both on the work and personal fronts!
Whilst on my travels this summer to Europe I thought through a whole new set of mindfulness training offerings for companies and organizations. I’ve now packaged them into what I call ‘Power mindfulness workshops’:

  • They are all sessions between 60-90minutes
  • They can easily be integrated into your organizations employee  training program for example as a ‘lunch and learn’, as part of a conference/retreat, or as a series of sessions done over a period of time.
  • There are over 12 sessions, from developing mindful flow at work, to compassionate leadership, to emotional resilience.

Effortless effort – Insight meditation for self-healing and transformation – a five week course

Please note this is a course that you can attend the live sessions with in Singapore, or you can do it online (and from anywhere in the world) by receiving the recordings to listen to in your own time.

Details: This is a meditation course that is designed to help you learn to meditate in a way that:

  • Is very relaxing and gentle, requiring relatively little effort to do
  • Naturally promotes healing and wellbeing in both your mind and body
  • Is simple enough for a beginner, but contains many levels that the more advanced practitioner can remain engaged and stimulated by
  • Can have a transformative effect on the way in which you experience stress and tension
  • Can contribute to you feeling mentally, emotionally & energetically ‘young’, flexible and resilient in the face of life’s challenges
