These sessions focus upon mindfulness and meditation skills that will help you:
- Transform negative states of mind that give rise to stress (anxiety, frustration, insecurity, overwhelm etc) into positive stress (eu-stress) that you can put to good use in your life and make you stronger
- Expanding the range of positive states (confidence, acceptance, centredness, harmony etc) that you have available to you so as to maximise the amount of enjoyment, pleasure and energy that you have in your daily life
Each session involves simple practices that you can apply to make a real difference to your wellbeing and effectiveness in life.
Suitable for: Both beginners & more advanced practitioners of meditation & mindfulness. All are welcome!

About the teacher, Toby Ouvry
After originally training as an artist, subsequent to his degree, Toby spent ten years doing his foundational training in meditation & mindfulness, specializing in the Tibetan Tradition which included five years as an ordained Buddhist monk.
He has been practicing and teaching mindfulness & meditation for over twenty years. As the founder & principle facilitator at Integral Meditation Asia he delivers mindfulness programs to both the public & corporate sectors. He is a meditation & mindfulness blogger, and the author & creator of over fifteen practical workshops & courses on the subject.
