Overview: This is a meditation series designed to give you the practical skills to:
- Heal and regenerate the energy of your physical body and internal organs
- Revitalise and transform your emotional vitality & balance
- Promote your Mind-body connection – By directing awareness and a gentle smile to internal organs, we deepen somatic awareness, fostering relaxation and vitality.
- Self-compassion – encourage kindness toward oneself, reducing anxiety & fostering a warm, empowered & confident relationship to your life
The workshop includes:
- Practising the ‘inner-smile’ meditation, a traditional Qi gong technique for building positive energy and somatic awareness
- Work in healing and strengthening a particular organ/zone of the physical body
- Meditation on transforming a particular negative emotion into its higher or harmonised expression
- Developing skill in working with ‘energy-balls’ a way of focusing amplifying your life-force
- Integrating the inner smile meditation with the microcosmic-orbit meditation
The workshop integrates traditional Qi gong healing meditation, emotional therapeutic mindfulness methodologies, and somatic awareness techniques.
Suitable for: Beginners and more advanced practitioners alike.

About the teacher: Toby is a meditation teacher, the founder of Integral Meditation Asia. He has been practicing and teaching meditation for over thirty years, practising Qi gong since the early 1990’s. He spent five years as a Buddhist monk within the Tibetan tradition.
