About the workshop:
Mental resilience is the capacity to remain aware, creative, constantly learning, happy and effective in life and at work. This is particularly when faced with pressure and stress both within our mind and from our external environment. This is an experiential course for developing your mental resilience with practical meditation and mindfulness techniques.
The workshop explores mindful resilience using four main specific meditation and mindfulness techniques:
Practice 1: Understanding the different levels of mindful resilience and tapping into the inner resilience that you already have (but may not be leveraging effectively upon).
Practice 2: Making relaxation a dynamic strength that you can use to combat stress and tension and stay strong under pressure.
Practice 3: Creating a resilient inner dialogue with yourself through mindfulness
Practice 4: Developing mindful resilience arising from stillness and heightened creativity

In addition to the workshop you will receive:
- MP3 recordings of the meditations that are done during the workshop
- Full workshop notes with all of the exercises included as well as other relevant articles and materials.
