Saturday 15th June, 9.30am -12.30pm – Living Life From Your Inner Center – Meditations for Going With the Flow of the Present Moment

Sunday June 23rd, 8.00-10.30am – Walking Meditations for Connecting to the Energy of Nature 

Would you like to be able to connect to the peaceful, life-giving energies of nature regularly in your day, even when so much of your time is spent in crowded, de-natured city environments? Walking meditation for connecting to the energies of nature is a two and a half hour workshop conducted in the peaceful surroundings of the Botanic Gardens, where you can learn how to connect your mind and body deeply to the nature using simple walking meditation techniques… (click on HERE for full workshop details)
