This Saturday morning (9-10.15am) 6th October we have the Qi Gong workout and meditation class, and on the same afternoon at Space2B (1-4pm) I am doing the Mindful Resilience: Sustaining your effectiveness, happiness and clarity under pressure meditation workshop.
