This week’s evening meditation classes will be on ‘Leaping like a Tiger – How to be Positively Mindful of your Self-Concept’ . We will be looking at how we can distinguish the difference between who we are, and who we think we are, and use this understanding to benevolently direct our life and actions in a positive way.
There will be two chances to attend this class:
Tuesday, 30th January, 7.30-8.30pm – Meditation class at Oneheart (on Tambeling road, East coast)
Wednesday, 31st January, 7.30-8.30pm – Meditation class at Basic Essence (Near Botanic Gardens MRT)
