Almost everyone I talk to these days mentions to me that they feel that they are under an unusual amount of stress one way or another. To become a stress transformer means to become really good at taking whatever stress is bothering you and directing it in a positive and productive direction. This is something that I am really passionate about, and I’ve just uploaded a 5 minute video on the deeper meaning of stress transformation here:
I’m not the only one who is getting excited about the potential of stress transformation. You can view a TED talk by psychologist Kelly McGonigal on how to make stress your friend HERE. This talk gives some great perspectives on how to get enthusiastic about your stress from the point of view of recent scientific research.
