Whilst on my travels this summer to Europe I thought through a whole new set of mindfulness training offerings for companies and organizations. I’ve now packaged them into what I call ‘Power mindfulness workshops’:
- They are all sessions between 60-90minutes
- They can easily be integrated into your organizations employee training program for example as a ‘lunch and learn’, as part of a conference/retreat, or as a series of sessions done over a period of time.
- There are over 12 sessions, from developing mindful flow at work, to compassionate leadership, to emotional resilience.
