This coming week sees the Tuesday & Wednesday evening meditation class restarting after the summer break! The class topic will be on the ‘Story of your breathing‘ The technique we will be practising is a free form method of working with the breathing that invites self-discovery, greater awareness and the inner strength that comes from this.
