Meditation at IMA this week: Stress Transformation & Building a Strong, Positive Ego

Dear Integral Meditators,

This weeks Tuesday & Wednesday evening meditation class will focus on the how to build a strong, positive ego without becoming egotistical!
When we tell ourselves to ‘get over our own ego’ what exactly do we mean by that? Its an area that it is very easy to get mixed up and confused around!
