Dear Integral Meditators,
This weeks Tuesday & Wednesday evening meditation class will focus on How to work with your body’s cellular memory through meditation. This type of work is quite easy to do once you know how, and has a powerful transformation effect on how to make positive change in your life.
Then on Saturday 7th July we have the Integral meditation & mindful walking deep dive half day retreat from 9.30am-12.30 for those that fancy a deeper meditation experience!
Sunday morning, 8th July we then have my Qi Gong for Improving your Health and Energy Levels and for Self-Healing workshop for those wanting to boost their energy levels…
