As a human being your mind & brain are incredibly powerful tools that you can use to do great things. However, this depends upon your ability to be the master of your mind, rather than your mind being your master. This course will show you how!
There will be two chances each week to attend this class series:
Tuesday, 14,21,28th November, 5, 12th December – 7.30-8.30pm – Meditation class at Oneheart (on Tambeling road, East coast)
Wednesday, 15,22,29th November, 6th, 13th December, 7.30-8.30pm – Meditation class at Basic Essence (Near Botanic Gardens MRT)
November 14th/15th: Class 1 – How to trust & build confidence in your mind
November 21st/22nd: Class 2 – Using your mind to build your ‘cycle of engaged mindfulness’
November 28th/29th: Class 3 – Witnessing like the sun – Mindfulness as therapy for your thoughts
5th/6th December: Class 4 – Think well or don’t think; mastering thoughts & thinking
12th/13th December: Class 5 – The Yin & Yang of mindful thoughts & thinking

About the teacher, Toby Ouvry
Toby is a mindfulness teacher and trainer, and the author of the book ‘Engaged Mindfulness – What mindfulness is and how we can apply it to our daily lives’.
He has a BA Hons degree in Fine Art from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Subsequent to his degree, Toby spent ten years doing his foundational training in meditation and mindfulness, specializing in the Tibetan Tradition which included five years as an ordained Buddhist monk….click HERE for full details of Toby
