Inner Peace, Inner Power – An Introduction to Integral & Engaged Meditation Practice

Start date: March 6-7th 2018

Would you like to:

  • Experience consistently greater levels of positivity and resilience?
  • Be able to deal effectively with busyness, distractions and mental overwhelm?
  • Develop greater levels of focus AND calm?
  • Develop your self-knowledge and self-awareness in practical ways that affect your everyday experiences for the better?
  • Spend more of your time in states of mind that are playful and creative?

Then why not learn how to become a meditator? This six-week course with Toby will introduce you to six different meditation practices that will help you to experience all the benefits mentioned above, with a relatively small (5-10mins) daily time commitment. Each class helps you understand and develop a particular inner skill that you can apply to your life not just in sitting meditation, but also informally thru-out the day!

This course teaches integral meditation in the sense that it draws off both ancient meditation techniques found in the worlds wisdom traditions, in combination with techniques related to contemporary psychology, neuro-psychology and philosophy.

It teaches engaged meditation in the sense that it includes both formal sitting practices in combination with how to practice them informally during your daily life.
